Rearrangement and refurbishment of a period apartment with an aim to return the property to its former glory while at the same time introducing modern upgrades.
A lovely, light apartment with generous and well proportioned rooms, our client initially felt it needed very little updating. The kitchen was clearly small however, and the overall finishes were dated and not terribly user-friendly.
As we worked, it become clearer there were gains to be made in almost every room, and the project evolved to almost being a complete overhaul. Beautiful period features were brought to life whilst we have also introduced modern upgrades.
The outcome is beautiful and timeless, hallmarked with abundance of quality finishes and excellent craftsmanship.
Our flat has been completely transformed. Everyone who comes here thinks it’s terrific and can’t believe it’s the same flat. The layout has improved, it’s much lighter, feels like there is more space and is a lot more comfortable to live in. I’m really pleased with the result and it works very well indeed.
