Shoreditch
Fit out project for UH Architect’s London headquarters in Shoreditch including compliance with mandatory Health & Safety requirements, construction design management, procurement of all labour, services and quality control.
Building Designs were approached by the client to execute the designs for their new London headquarters. The brief was to review the overall project, manage the relocation and ensure all systems were live and ready to use.
The new designs were to be constructed efficiently and with utmost attention to detail to represent the architect’s ethos. The space and execution had to reflect the modern and forward-thinking nature of the business, providing the UHA team with a great environment to work in.
One of the features included was a new Louis Poulsen light collection contrasting with the exposed in-situ concrete and industrial wiring. The project features in the 2015 Luis Poulsen collections brochure.
