Porto Mariccio is a new development on the western coast of Istrian peninsula, Croatia. Consisting of a five star Kempinski-run hotel, 300 apartments, a 350-berth marina, and a Jack Nicklaus golf course lined by luxury villas. The villas, each with three to five bedrooms were carefully aligned to allow fully glazed sea view across Brioni islands.
Design and masterplanning of a resort set a picturesque lagoon and along a new 18 hole golf course. The main focus was to maximize sea views and dense yet 5-star masterplan.
We have come up with three different villa types to appeal to different customers, ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms. Each villa came with an adequate mix of luxury and practicality such as self contained lock-up rooms for additional income and timesharing.
Modern building technologies were combined with the highest quality materials including local stone, hardwood timber screening and an abundance of glass throughout.
